Most of the activities related to Rallarvegen are well known, but there are many activities in this region that gives you the opportunity to experiencing the authentic Norwegian. All services and activities will be gathered in one place.

Yes, we love waffles. Waffles may not be Norwegian, but the Norwegians have declared their undying love for them. You won’t come across many mountain hotels or tourist cabins which don’t serve waffles. Eating waffles while out exploring the countryside has become part of Norwegian culture. Wherever you are in our region, you will be able to buy and enjoy freshly cooked waffles. All the waffles that are served in our region have four waffle hearts - one heart for each area within our region: Rallarvegen, Hardangerjøkulen, Nærøyfjorden and Aurlandsdalen.
