Flåmsbrygga Restaurant

Flåmsbrygga Restaurant

From traditional food to tapas, all made from local ingredients. We are renowned for serving wholesome traditional food and we base our new menus on local ingredients such as lamb from Aurland, crayfish from Aurlandsfjorden, raspberries from Flåm and goat’s cheese from Undredal. Drinks to accompany your meal will of course be our own Ægir beer, but the beer is also an important ingredient in marinades and sauces and the delicious taste of malt and yeast gives an extra sharpness to the food.

We have beers to accompany seafood such as fish, crayfish and prawns, not to mention strong-tasting vegetable dishes, goat's cheese and red and white meats, and we have also beers that go exceptionally well with chocolate and cakes.

The restaurant was refurbished in March 2010 in traditional Norwegian style with the extensive use of stone and wood. The interior is decorated in earthy colours in the same style as the hotel and gives a calm and inviting atmosphere.

Here, all your senses will be able to “flourish”!

We also recommend Flåmsbrygga Hotell, Furukroa and Ægir Bryggeri, which are part of Flåmsbrygga Turistsenter.
